Congratulations!!
Our team successfully determined the cryo-EM structure of the complete human Mediator complex, including its CDK8 kinase module (CKM), at atomic resolution. We also uncovered a novel mechanism by which CKM-cMed regulates transcription initiation. These findings were published in Molecular Cell.
